What is Denture ?
Dentures are artificial teeth, usually made of acrylic (plastic), nylon, or metal, that can be removed. It is designed to be easy to wear safely and firmly in place over the gums, replacing missing teeth and addressing esthetic and functional issues related to gaps in the mouth.
Dentures can come in the form of complete dentures, which replace all upper and/or lower jaw teeth, or in the form of partial dentures, which replace a smaller number of missing teeth.

Dentures require good care and maintenance to maintain their condition. Here are some important tips:
- Remove the dentures at the end of each day before going to bed.
- Clean dentures with a special brush and toothpaste.
- Soak the dentures in denture solution overnight.
- Brush the inside of the mouth thoroughly twice a day to ensure that food remains are not trapped under/in the denture.
